Payment Terms
All payments must be made before service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
If payment is not received in advance, the service may be delayed or cancelled.
A £10 late fee will be charged for any overdue amounts not paid within 7 calendar days of the invoice due date.
Cancellations
24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the agreed service price.
Example: If your booking is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Wednesday, you must cancel by 2:00 PM on Tuesday to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel on the same day or after the 24-hour window, a 50% charge will apply.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide access at the agreed time
- Notify us of pets, allergies, or special instructions in advance
- Provide parking if required for the service duration
- Provide bins or areas for waste disposal
Waste Management
Pronto Cleaning Ltd does not provide waste disposal or rubbish removal services. This includes but is not limited to general waste, large items, bulk rubbish, or hazardous materials.
For domestic, end-of-tenancy, and commercial services, it is the client’s responsibility to provide an accessible bin or designated waste area for any minor waste generated during the cleaning session (e.g. vacuum dust, used wipes, disposable gloves).
We will not remove waste from the premises or transport it off-site under any circumstances. Please ensure a suitable bin is provided before our team arrives.
Company Responsibilities
- Work will be carried out by trained, professional, and insured staff
- All tasks will be completed to the standards outlined in the selected service
- Pronto Cleaning Ltd will provide cleaning materials unless agreed otherwise
Liability
Pronto Cleaning Ltd maintains active public liability insurance.
Any complaints, damages, or service issues must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing faults, fragile surfaces, or unreported risks.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
Any work performed up to the termination date must be paid in full under the agreed terms.
