How do I pay for the service?
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or invoice link after the job is completed.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes, we offer cleaning for offices, salons, shops, and more. Custom quotes are available on request.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Do you handle rubbish or waste disposal?
No, Pronto Cleaning does not provide rubbish removal or waste disposal services. Clients must provide a bin or suitable container for any waste generated during cleaning. We do not transport waste off-site.
